Facts about ocean acidification

 

Hi Bloggers,

In inquiry this term our class has gotten into groups then designed and created a piece of wearable art.

 We learned about pollution and the growth of how the oceans used to look compared to what they look like now. There is now a lot of rubbish in the water and lots of sea creatures are getting affected by this. 

My group has chosen to do our costume on ocean acidification. The reason we chose this topic is because we don't want most living organisms to die. This is mainly caused by Co2 getting trapped in the atmosphere and dissolving into the ocean, this lowers the oceans Ph making the water more acidic.

Blood boiling devil animation

This is an animation about the Blood boiling devil that I did with some of 

my friends. The task was to create a story using mostly idioms. An idiom 

is a saying that means something else to what it seems e.g 'That's a piece of

cake' meaning something is easy extra. Do you know any idioms?

Aladdin Jr pictures

Aladdin Musical Production! It was such a cool experience and I know that 

this will be something I will always remember. Have you ever seen the

Aladdin pixel characters

Hi guys these are my Aladdin pixel characters that I completed on the app Pixel art.

I got the images of google and tried to copy a picture. I did this because my school is 

doing an Aladdin production and we had to complete a bunch of fun activities.

S.T.E.A.M egg challenge

 

Hi guys this is my S.T.E.A.M egg challenge that I did in a group with some of my friends. Our task was to create some sort of securing thing to help get the egg get to the bottom of the stairs without dropping.

My favourite thing I did at camp

 

A couple of days ago the Toroa hub went on camp to Wainui and had the best time. Our task today was to reflect on our time there and pick out our favourite thing that we did. I chose coasteering because it was super fun to climb all over the rocks and jump into the water. Did you go on camp? What was your favourite part?
